Frequently Asked Questions

Orders:

Once your order has been placed, we will aim to get it picked, packed and shipped on the same day before 2pm (on working days, Monday- Friday). For orders that are received after 2pm will be sent out the following working day (Monday- Friday). This may be a little longer during busy periods.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched. If there are any issues, we will contact you via email.

Can we collect in person?

Yes, you can select this option at the checkout when placing your order. The collection address will be provided on your confirmation email.

Can I cancel my order?

We try to pick and post all orders within a time limit therefore it would not be possible to cancel an order once it has been packed and shipped.

Product availability:

The product I am looking for is not listed on the website?

If you are looking for a certain product, please contact us via the contact us form and we will be happy to help and advise what we can do for you.

The product I am looking for is out of stock?

If you are looking at a product on our website which is showing out of stock, please contact us via the contact us form and we will be happy to advise when/ if we are expecting this product back in stock.  

Shipping Costs for Motorhome Parts & Accessories:

At Leisure Trade Store, we strive to offer fair and transparent shipping rates for motorhome parts and accessories. Due to the wide range of products we supply, this can vary from small fittings to large, heavy-duty parts—shipping costs may vary depending on several important factors.

What Affects the Cost of Shipping Motorhome Parts?

Size and Weight of the Item

Many motorhome parts and accessories are large or heavy, which directly impacts the shipping price. Carriers often use dimensional weight pricing, meaning both the size and weight of the package determine the final cost.

Fragile or High-Value Components

Items like glassware, solar panels or electronics are considered fragile and require extra packaging and handling to prevent damage during transit. These protective measures may increase shipping charges slightly.

How to Get an Accurate Shipping Quote

To find out the exact shipping cost:

  • Add your chosen motorhome parts/ accessories to your shopping cart

  • Enter your delivery address during checkout then our system will calculate real-time shipping rates based on item size, weight and if the item is fragile.

Deliveries:

All our deliveries are sent using Royal Mail. The delivery time fame is next working day. However, with all our efforts to ensure you receive your order the following day, this is not a guarantee due to being out of our control.

Delivery charges are:

o   Next Day: £9.99 (can vary due to product)

o   Currently we only deliver within mainland United Kingdom.

o   Please contact us via our contact us form before placing an order, if you require shipping outside mainland UK or to Europe.

Product faulty/ Damaged:

We are sorry if you are not completely satisfied with your order due to the product been faulty or received damaged. Please contact us via our contact us form who will be happy to assist and resolve the issue in a timely manner. (This would need to be done within 24 hours of receiving your order).

Returns & Refunds:

Changed your mind? No problem, We are happy to accept returns within a 14 days period from when you have received your order.  The return of your order will be at your own cost. Please contact us via our contact us form to arrange a return for refund.

For a refund, the product must be still in its brand new condition, not used and has no damage. You will need to contact us via our contact us form who will be happy to assist in your return request.
